HEAT AND HYDROINSULATIONS
1. Supply and installation of heat insulations.
The company "Proektstroy - Petar Petrov" has experience in applying heat insulation to small single-family houses as well as to hotels and administrative buildings. The company has a team of highly qualified fitters and specialists.
The heat insulation pertains to one of the most effective and economically advantageous methods of restoration and ensuring lower expenses for heating. The good heat insulation has good effect in high outside temperatures, protecting the inside rooms against heating.
In good heat insulation system, the funds spent on the same are paid pack only for some heating seasons, especially if it is combined with substitution of the wooden windows with PVC windows, which is also important for good heat insulation.
Heat insulations from extruded (XPS) and expanded (EPS) polystyrene foam and mineral cotton - Rockwool, Ursa.
Expanded polystyrene foam (EPS) (stiropor)
The initial material for production of EPS are grains of polystyrene which, mixed with the relevant expanding agents (most often pentane), turn into easy moulding foam used to make heat insulation panels, shaped units and packing shapes. A small-grain microporous lattice of small visible spheres of polystyrene foam with different density and good consistency is received in expanding.
Extruded polystyrene foam (XPS)
It is based on the same polymer, but the different technology of foam formation conditions the difference in some properties. Extrusion is a process of receiving a foam structure of polystyrene grains mixed with foam-forming agents and other additions, by pressing and applying of mechanical pressure and high temperatures until reaching viscose liquid that is used to extrude and mould the final products while cooling it. The product is hydroproof, oilproof and steamproof.
No hazardous agents are emitted, so building the heat insulation system from polystyrene foam not only saves the expenses for energy, paying back quickly the initial investment, but also plays important part in protection of the environment.
Building of heat insulation on the basis of polystyrene foam reduces the energy expenses by 2/3, which, in combination with the possibility for complete recycling, the absence of hazardous emissions even in combustion and the quickness of its applying, makes it a preferred and reliable material.
Mineral cotton - of the companies Rockwool, URSA etc - is a natural and inorganic and mineral product based on basaltic minerals. Thanks to its fibrous structure, the mineral cotton has unusually good heat insulation properties, high degree of absorption of sounds and smaller degree of sound reflection.
Another important property of the mineral cotton is its anti-fire safety, it is classified in the lowest degree of combustibility A - incombustible materials.
The mineral cotton has quite good heat-, sound- and fire- insulation when applying to flat and skewed roofs, ceilings of interstitial floors, exterior walls, ventilated facades and insulation systems for facades with a net and plaster.
Materials from leading companies such as "Chemiplast" - Switzerland, "MKM Group - Bulgaria", Deko Professional" - "Orgahim" AD - Ruse, etc are used.
2. Hydroinsulations
Carrying out quality hydroinsulations for your home, warehouse or another trade place, with insulating materials of worldly famous companies that have won recognition on the international market as well as on Bulgarian market - "ÌÊÌ Group - Bulgaria", "Izola-Petrov" EOOD - Sofia, "Orkikem" ÀD - Sofia, "Sika Bulgaria" EOOD - Sofia etc.
Applying hydroinsulating tar paper with modified APP bitumen - Albit/Albit M, Polisol 90/M90, Voalit 90/M80 etc.
Making hydroinsulation with bituminous tiles and bituminous primer. Bituminous tiles are firm, plastic, resistant and light. They are suitable for making domed or complicated sloping roofs, as well as for vertical lining. The are easy for installation, long lasting with exploitation life of over 25 years.
3. Steaminsulations
Steaminsulating folios and membranes find wide application in the roof and attic premises as an interior hudroinsualting layer on the roof construction. Their function is to protect the heatinsulation against the water steam penetrating from the inside premises. Thus, the properties of heatinsulation are preserved to great extent. Modern steaminsulations, so called "active steaminsulations" allow not large amount of water steam between the inside part of the attics and outside part of the roof, protecting against the "greenhouse effect".
